Created by the CDC, PHIL provides an organized and searchable gateway to images from the CDC.

HEAL is a searchable and browsable database of over 36,000 digital images, audio clips and video clips covering the areas of dermatology, ObGyn, neuroanatomy, neurology, pathology, biochemistry, and cardiology. Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) are used to categorize the contributed multimedia items.
