If you were using the old ERA, you may ensure a smooth transition to the new system by following the instructions Disabling the old ERA proxy on how to return the settings to the default.
The changeover will occur on Sunday, December 15, and therefore there will be limited availability of resources on that day. From Monday, December 16 on, all resources should be fully available.

If you need to obtain a School of Medicine email account please contact the School of Medicine IT department at somit.helpdesk@popmail.med.nyu.edu or 263-4357.
If you need to obtain a hospital email account please contact your supervisor or the Hospital Help Desk at 212 263-6864. ERA 2 will also work through OnSite Health and regular hospital email.
* How do I look up my Kerberos ID or NETID? Go to NYUSM Directory Lookup and search for your name. Click on your record where your Kerberos ID is listed.
