Charges for rush ILL requests
NYU Medical Center patrons will now be charged $5.00 per article for any request
that needs to be rush processed and filled within two (2) working days beginning
the morning after the request is initially submitted.*
We will continue our regular ILL service (non-rush requests) free of charge.
This rate increase also applies to users from Sterling Forest, the Hospital for Joint Diseases, and Bellevue Hospital.

Office is closed on weekends;
business hours are 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
