The Sid and Ruth Lapidus Health Sciences Library and the Herman Robbins Medical Library (HJD) serve the students, faculty, and staff of the NYU School of Medicine and the NYU Hospitals. Access to the library is permitted only with a valid ID from NYU.

In addition, access and some services are provided to the students, faculty, and staff of the entire NYU community. Certain reciprocity or alumni agreements offered by Bobst or other NYU Libraries are not valid at the the Sid and Ruth Lapidus Health Sciences Library.

NYU School of Medicine alumni are eligible to use the University’s Alumni E-Library. Learn how to get access to the Alumni E-Library here.

For further access questions, please consult the access privileges page. For health sciences resources available to the public, please see our list of alternate health information sources.
